Is Club Z! In-Home Tutoring Services out of Tampa, FL a legit place to be employed as a Tutor?

I am asking for any information about "Club Z! In-Home Tutoring Services out of Tampa, FL 33647. They are wanting to hire me as a tutor in the Eldon Elementary School out of School of the Osage in Missouri. I have faxed several sheets to them as well as sent hard copy to a "William Trujillo" who is a staffing specialist. The sheets contained copy of my driver's license, proof of auto insurance, copies of all my degrees as well as a signed W-4 and disclosure release. The latest is for me to schedule an appointment and pay $52.20 for Fingerprinting/background check. Is this place legit or a scam?
