The primary reason for the relatively low rating from the BBB is the company has an unanswered complaint on file. I did a quick search on the Internet and one hotel review site listed quite a few reviews, but they varied tremendously. Some people stated the hotel is great, others hated it.

Hello Rudy,
Of the two complaints,one complaint alleges that the hotel advertised a bar and restaurant when there was none, and the other complainant felt that they were treated rudely by the front desk staff and was dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel room.
