Stay away from YMT vacations

Has anyone traveled with YMT? (your man tours). I just got back from a 2 week vacation I booked with them. Their service is terrible---never returned any of my 5 calls I placed on their "emergency" line!!! No one to contact for help, no representative on the trip. I STILL haven't heard from them. A truly scary situation when you can't reach anyone from the company.

There are three YMT Vacation locations individually owned. Which location did you have a poor experience? Please provide their contact information.
