What can I say? First Choice Lending is the place you need to go for your mortgage needs. So here goes long story: I was in the process of buying my first property and everything was going fine, nothing out of the ordinary, I mean I have great credit and had all my finances together. I was working with another mortgage lender and we were one month from closing but they wanted me to take care of some unnecessary issues and I had a time frame since this was a short sale property. They said I needed a structural integrity report which I would have to pay and the were not even sure that they would be able to close on time. I was already fed up so I went online and made some calls and to my luck Koroush "Bobby" took my call and he immediately said he can help and to come in that same day. Yes, everyone is a salesman and everyone works for commission and so on, they have to be nice.. Let me tell you the effort put into getting me this loan was NOT about the money, it was about helping me make this happen. Anthony, Mac, and specially Bobby did all they could to help me close on my loan in a tight window. Bobby was constantly in contact with me even though he didn't have to be since Mac was my processor. The communication never stopped. Grant it I did my part so please do your part and they will do their best to get you the loan. We closed with 2 days to spare. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone and I would definitely use their services again. I also received a gift basket from them a few days after I closed. I owe them big time. Remember ask for Bobby. Hardest working guy in the office.
