OVERCHARGED!
While my 87 year old mother was visiting my father, who was recuperating in the hospital from brain surgery, I offered to call and have a locksmith come out and put a deadbolt on an outside door. I didn't ask for a quote, which was to my detriment, as the bill came to $413.82 for less than an hour of labor and one lock. My mother was shocked and outraged but ultimately paid the bill, saying she was going to call the office for an explanation. She did call, and emailed, but was only offered a 10% discount. I called for her, but was told they were "working on a solution". Honestly, any reputable company would have said SOMETHING before hand to make sure such a outrageous charge was agreed upon by the consumer! BUYER BEWARE! Don't use these guys...
