I do not believe or trust all of the positive (and suspiciously 5-star) reviews this company has received on this forum. I recently made the mistake of doing business with them and it could not have been a more negative (and for me, potentially disastrous) experience. To start, the dispatcher, Alex, was without question one of THE rudest people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with; all of his responses are limited to one word, "Yeah," and his attitude is basically one of someone who thinks he's doing YOU a favor by doing business with you. Add to this the fact that even though I'd made arrangements for my move over a week and a half in advance (we were scheduled for 9 a.m.), when I called Alex two days before the date (at his request) to confirm that everything was still a go, he tries to get me to reschedule for 1 o'clock in the afternoon. I refused, said I wanted to keep my 9 a.m., and he said fine. Well, guess what? The day arrives, I'm all ready to go, the clock strikes 9 and ... no movers. I waited 10 minutes, called their offices, got their machines, left a message saying the movers are late, waited some more, and still nothing. Once the clock strikes 10 and then 10:30 (and after I've called their offices about five more times), I figure no one's coming and quickly googled the names of other moving companies in the area. The one that came to my rescue could not have been more efficient, professional, and with a staff that couldn't have been nicer -- i.e., they were the complete opposite of ABC Moving. So please, heed my warning and AVOID AT ALL COSTS. You will be sorry if you don't.
