Absolutley the WORST place to do Business with!!! Stay FAR AWAY!!

This order has gone on way too long. I have been decieved and lied to from the start. I orderd these items on 4-3 and all items where in stock, acourding to YOUR website they should ship in 1 to 2 days.. After a week of waiting, I called and was told that
it would ship in 5 to 7 busness days.... that was crap to start with. Then why does the website say 1 to 2 days for in stock items???? I was told to wait a couple more days and call back, that it should be shipped by Monday the 15th. So I called on Tuesday
the 16, only to be told that the hold up was a heater part I ordered that was not in stock, If i ordered the next model up, it would ship on Tuesday. So I ordered the part, and was told my order would ship the same day... Tuesday, I called again everyday after
that to check on my order and was given some BS excuse everyday that it did not ship......I called again on Thursday and was told for some reason my order did not get packed and on the truck and should ship by Monday this week....that's BS!! After cancelling
the order and waiting on hold for 25 minutes to talk to a mangaer about this, Yes I fell for that old line, I hung up and imagine this, I have an e-mail about my order shipping! After the order was "shipped" then you charge my credit card for an order that
I canceled!!!! It has been almost 3 weeks and you still have not removed the false charges to my Credit Card!! This whole game has been a nightmare from the start, I orderd from your company because you had the parts IN STOCK and would ship in a couple days....I
needed this order to get the new unit in because I had the home sold and my closintg was last week! Nedless to say, my closing did not go through and now I have had to pay penalties for not getting everthing ready and closing on time! Thanks a lot!. Your website
cleary states that if there is any problems with the order, I would get either an e-mail or a phone call...or both... all lies! NOt only did I NEVER hear from your company at all, I had to make numerous calls and e-mails to find out he status of my order,
and was lied to everytime except 1 about the status.. I have to say that your company is one of the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESSES I have ever had to deal with!
