ACWholeSalers.com via HVACStores.com ; what a 'JOKE' of a company. Placed my order online 05/27/15, inquired as to why I have not received E-mail confirmation of shipment on $3000.00 plus order on 06/02/15. was told the order was being held due to a back ordered thermostat arriving 06/17/15, with no valid reason for lack of communication. Again had to called their unsupervised customer service flunkies as to why I still have not received my shipping confirmation. God only knows what they put in the company cool-aid, Unless you have a couple of weeks to wait for your order, I personally don't recommend this company. Who has time to hold their hand to process an order.
