what a joke

This is the biggest joke of a company. they have no customer service nor do they care. I placed an order for a large project on 6/18/15. I called on 7/7/15 to find out why we still do not have it. They stated they did not have the product ( should not sell what you do not carry), nor did they know when it will be in. I was told a manager would call back within 30 minutes. Never got that call so I called back on 7/8/15. Manager got on phone and stated he was to busy to call but could talk now. He then told me the same song and dance and that maybe a sales rep could find a comparable. The sales rep tried to push a model that was discontinued on to me and said they could have it to me in 5-7 days.
I own a 6M plus HVAC company and in all my years never seen such a joke of a company and would never use them again. They had been sending emails to try and get my work for years and tried them once. What a mistake that was. If their hold music is true then there is something wrong with consumers because this company is a JOKE. DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCREWED OVER.
