Absolutely No Customer Support - Completely Dishonest

They brag about support after the sale? I've been trying to get a part for two weeks now. I've been on the phone for thirty minutes and they can't even find my order in the system. Others have found it before, and I've had emails as well. They're either absolute idiots or absolute liars.
I finally got the part after three weeks and it was the wrong part. Now they don't want to give me an immediate refund.
