This company is exactly what everyone has written. They mis-represent themselves, acting like they have been your service and come right into the business. They introduce themselves as "your fire service supply vendor" or will say "they are here to do the quarterly inspection", and your company has never done business with them before. The representative that comes out gets angry when you call their bluff.. and tell them they are not your service provider. Stay aware from these people.....they will try and scam you.
