I have never had a problem with them up until recently. And here is why:
They are the biggest pieces of s**** ever. I don’t even know where to start. Their clothes are overpriced, but shoes have great deals. HOWEVER, customer service? FORGET IT. I bought shoes from them that I never received in my order. So I emailed them several times before they responded. I tried calling, and it just went straight to this message saying they’re too busy to answer (without even ringing at all, no matter what time of day you called). So after 6 emails or so, they finally said the shoes were on backorder and told me to give it ten days. I waited and nothing so I emailed again. They promised a refund…THREE WEEKS GO BY, and nothing. So the emails commenced again and they claimed they refunded me already but that was for a completely different transaction (a dress I returned). And that was their only response for me EVERYTIME I emailed. So I was out 30 dollars and shoes. By the miracles of God, I called one day and it rung….after being placed on hold for TWENTY MINUTES, they hung up the phone. I called AGAIN and put on hold again for twenty minutes then speak to the moron on the other end that would not let me speak to management. We argued for about 10 minutes until she finally gave my refund and the incompetent idiots still emailed me saying they already sent a refund (referring to the old refund once more).
As you can see, this company is full of ignorant morons working who cannot comprehend facts. I emailed them and let them know they were moronic and hoped they'd be fired for their incredible stupidity. BEWARE when you purchase because if you want to refund something…FORGET IT.
