I was ready for war when I tracked your owner down via the City of Industry Administrators Office after being referred there by the LAPD. It was very disconcerting to have submitted an order, the money haven come out of my account and then to not be able to reach anyone. Yesterday I was on hold for over 2 hours starting at number 149 and being disconnected when I was number 1. Today I was number 76 before being dropped at 50. Having not gotten an email confirmation, I just wanted to make sure that I was not a part of an Internet scam.
I spoke with your owner who immediately had someone call me from customer service. I believe his name was George. He explained to me how the phones get flooded this time of year and gave me all the information I need to know my package is on it’s way.
So instead of a fight, I am writing to let you know that I would let my daughter order from you again. I am also going to post this information as a review on the Better Business Bureau. Had I seen that information before the order was placed, I would not have ordered. People need to know that you are a company that really does want to do right by their customer. Who knows after I lose about 50 lbs maybe I’ll dare to squeeze into one of your dresses. In the meantime, I’ll let my 19 year old have all the fun. If I can forgive the banks and the government, I can certainly give you another try.
Also, I just noticed the dress would qualify for a discount using code HALWSALE40. Any chance our account could be credited that much for sending me into panic mode? Just saying!
