very dissapointed

I have been shopping with Ami for a while now. And this time I am shocked by how I had ben treated. I ordered my items on 10/1 and today its 10/8 and only half of my clothing has been shipped. half???? when will the other half be shipped? can somebody tell me? of course not. When messaging "whoever" from ami on fb they said it is all because of my discover card because it takes longer than any other card. OK. when I email them directly they said they had power outage... well which one is it? My friend ordered her package same day as me still no info about it being shipped, she called today and she was on hold for 56 min!!!! that is the level on which their customer service works on. I am very very dissapointed and unfortunately will not be buying anything from them anytime soon. If I don't receive a shipment confirmation with the other half of clothing I will simply cancel the payment on my card.
