Sometimes a good deal

I have been a shopping to this site for about 4 years. I usually bought shoes and I have purchased swimsuits. I do believe this site has great deals when finding something cute and cheap. Although you have to look closely to the product in the picture because they could sell you something that is see-through and make it seem that it is not in the photos. I also wouldn't buy anything unless the site offers 55% off or more because the items are sooooo cheap. Shipping is really dumb and expensive.
But here is why I am writing a review... I ordered 4 dresses (Jan 2016). All a size M. Two the dresses were to big. So I emailed their customer service and asked for an exchange for them into a size S. The girl said yes and she attached a return sticker. So I mailed them off. Weeks go by and I continued to asked the customer service girls if they received my dresses and each time they said no. (Which each response was the same so I believe it was a computer auto answer). I checked the delivery status and it says its has been delivered. I tried calling a few times and I was on hold for 10 minutes each time. Eventually I someone finally picked up (by now it is March 2016). I told her the problem and she said they do not do exchanges only returns. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. I was so mad. This whole time I was being told I could exchange and I even sent the dresses back all to find out I basically lost money and my dresses. I believe she knew someone on her side messed up big time because she saw the emails. She also said she still didn't receive the dresses I sent and she couldn't do anything about it. So I had no choice but to let go. Although recently I received an email from them letting me know I received a refund. I check and it is from the dresses.
Anyways, long story short... THEY DO NOT DO EXCHANGES, DO NOT RELY ON CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR ANYTHING.
