Worst on-line retailer I have ever dealt with. My first order took over two weeks to receive 10 of the 11 items ordered, and we were shorted the other one, which was the most expensive of the bunch. 2 of the other 10 were defective right out of the package. I have now emailed them 4 times on the issue without a single reply, and left a message after holding on the phone for 20 minutes. When we left the message, it said we would receive a return phone call within 1 hour. . . Still waiting.
On this same order, I had a discount of 55%, but only received a 50% discount. This email was at least responded to, but only to say sorry, you already received a discount. Although that required sending it twice.
