I ordered online from Acaiburn a 14 day trial for $1.95 which later notice that I was actually charged $4.95. I didn't dispute because I thought we'll it's only $3.00 no biggie. Well after a week and a half I realize that I'm not committed in taking the pills so decide it's not for me so I call and cancel my order and they tell me to send it back with before I am charged $59.95 and to have it insured. I send it to the P.O. Box that they specified and have it insured and notice that the next day they charged me $59.95. I totally go ballistic with them, I called and as politely as I could be on the phone explained that I did all they asked and had noted who I spoke to and what was stated to me, so the rep. stated that she would note and submit for a refund after they traced the order was returned to them. I had already tracked the order and knew they had received it, so I provided the name and time of when it was delivered and signed for. I received confirmation that I would receive my refund within 5-10 business days.
I did receive my refund of $59.95 BUT, weeks later noticed that they charged my card for insiders Secret Access and ebook Access Pass for $3.24 AND Comprehensive Guide for $7.14. I called and complained since I had already cancelled my membership with them and was told that I could not receive a refund and that I would have to call each of the other numbers to cancel the other offers that were supposedly free, (You have to read the fine prints to now this!). I was also told that you are required to cancel each offer or they will automatically charge you a fee. Please note the numbers and cancellation numbers given to you for future reference because I'm sure this isn't the end of it. I've seen many numbers on here so I'll note the numbers I dialed and note the other numbers I did try later. Be prepare to wait, they take forever and have bad customer service skills.
