AceWeb is the worst. Go with any other DSL provider. Go dial-up. Use your phone. Go to the library. Anything is better. AceWeb does not provide access to the internet. I know, that is what we are paying for, but it doesn't matter what you do they blame the problem on you. Buy their Modem. Buy another Modem. Unplug, restart, call again and again and again. It won't help. You will still not be able to stay connected to the internet for more than a few minutes at a time.
