I originally spoke with Michael Underwood six months ago when I was searching for an answer to my home loan dilemma. After discussing my situation, he regrettably informed me that I was tied to the modification on my first mortgage for another six months and reassured me that he would contact me at the end of that commitment to work with me in finding a realistic solution to put me in the best possible financial position. I was getting frustrated with the broker I had been working with for a month because we were getting nowhere quickly when Michael called at the end of six months. Turning the entire thing over to Michael and Activus was the best thing I ever did. He took time every day to advise me of the progress of the application and was constantly optimistic. In the time the application was approved and docs signed was half the time I had worked with the original broker and only been told ..."it's just going to take some time." I can't begin to tell you the sense of relief I felt to work with Michael and Alyson. They were both extremely professional, informative and a I always felt that I was a priority with them...something that was totally missing from my previous experience. This is the first time I had never been directly exposed to mortgage banking without a partner. Michael and Alyson kept me apprised every step of the way and were always extremely supportive through the process. I never thought it would go so smoothly and quickly. From start to finish they were always there with answers and the most commendable work ethic. Thank you Michalel Undrwood and Alyson Myer...you are THE BEST!
