I have just re-financed my house. Kevin Shank and his assistant Alyson Mayer helped me go through everything, in fact, they did everything. I am very busy running a small business and I wanted a lower payment per month. Everything is online and fast and efficient. There were a few hurdles and they were easily overcome with Kevin. E-mails and texts were always immediately responded too. There were no surprises at the end and I got exactly what I wanted.
