*#:-S whew! I was getting close to running out of time! I was currently in a 5 year arm loan mod that ends in Feb 2018. I had called 6 different loan Companies within the last 12 months that couldn't meet my financial budget to get refied. Once again, I received a letter in the mail and tried one more time. Activus to the rescue!! Israel was very helpful explaining the loan process and was prompt with returning all my communications. In addition he was always available even after business hours! I truly felt comfortable that Israel and the Activus Team had my best interest in mind. I was locked in with a great rate and came up with a re-fy loan that works for me so that I could still financially stay in my place and not have to sale! During the process he walked me through and explained every step so that I understood and not be so confused. I am so very thankful and grateful for Israel and the Activus Team's hard work.
