Advantage Mortgage is a very dishonest group of people. Everyone in the office is out to make money which isn't always a bad thing, but it is when what they do is seriously hurting families that need help. Not only did Advantage Mortgage take 2500.00 from my family when I needed it the most, they also forced me to short sale my home on the cusp of foreclosure because they had not even spoken with my mortgage company. I called my mortgage company requesting to see the documents submitted by Advantage Mortgage and/or their affiliates, but they had informed me that they never received a single phone call from them. They've not just ruined my credit, but forced me to move my family quicker than if I would have just attempted a re-modification on my own. They didn't even issue a cease and desist which is a very simple document to submit. They are crooks and I wouldn't recommend them even to my worst enemy. Good luck to anyone reading this and please head my warning.
