Game should be banned
I've been an Aeria member for about 5 years now, and spent quite a bit of money on there. Recently, my account was hacked and everything was taken from me. Instead of proceeding with a proper investigation, they had the nerve to blame the customer, me, and say I was the one who shared information and it was my fault. Their security was breached and we were informed to change passwords etc. We the customers have never seen so much account loss, accounts being hacked in a span of a month, than we have since their security breach. Submit a ticket? No one cares. All they answer is with a generic, you have violated to T.o.S, which if you actually read it, the only thing they are referring to is account sharing. And they can't prove that we are the ones giving away information. But to cut their losses, they are just going to ban everyone that's been hacked, and not refund any AP, any gold, any gear etc. They want to LOSE customers, not get more. We've been playing for so long and have had no problems. How do we know it's not their systems that are compromised? How can such a big company blame it on PAYING customers? They aren't here to support us, they just want the hackers to run free and ruin the game for everyone. They want to make more money, and have more players, yet they discredit their long term players this way. No one should be joining them anymore, if you are please look for another game
