I contracted with Afflo Financial in June to file a LLC in the state of Wyoming for me. It is now October 20, 2011 and I have yet to receive any documentation of their filing. Repeated calls to follow up on my contract have not produced any results other than a copy of a letter from the IRS assigning an EIN to my business name.
