Absolutely horrible. Do not use this company!
Tech who showed up refused to give his name, left a huge mess, refused to provide services requested, didn't put correct date on receipt, didn't leave legible receipt except for charged amount, and outright lied to us. After disassembling our front door lock the tech informed us that replacement was required. Another locksmith later informed us that this was unnecessary and the curent lock could have been simply repaired (we kept the old lock for warranty reasons). Tech informed us before install that new lock was $69.00 and we were charged $125.00 just for the lock itself (not including install and service call charges). Then tech refused to key lock to our current key claiming that the new lock could not be keyed to the old key which another locksmith also advised was possible. The Tech left a large mess of wrappers, boxes, and plastic material upon leaving. Tech was asked to put cause of failure on the receipt (current lock was under warranty) and tech scribbled something unlegible on the receipt which may or may not be what we asked for; it is not legible.
