We've moved alot and this is by far the worst company I've ever delt with. They are dishonest people. It's funny how nice they are until you get the items on the truck and the attitudes change. They immediately doubled the price I was quoted. In addition they wouldn't honor the terms quoted. The two actual movers were hard working and friendly, but Shaw was a complete ass. He kept telling his workers that I wasn't taking things trying to leave them behind. He kept saying everything was out and I would go back into a room and there would be items left behind. After doubling the price, we were almost finished and he told me that if I wanted to take anything else he was going to have to increase the price again. Why would he think that I want to leave the baby's toys behind and the high-chair too. I found pieces of one of the baby's toys left on the ground where Shaw disassembled it and left parts behnd. When he didn't know I was watching I saw him pick up a box that clearly had glass in it and try to stuff it into a spot, when it didn't fit he turned the box completely upside down and droped it on the floor of the truck. Instead of using the box it was in, he repackaged my christmas tree into 3 boxes. Which he did so he could jack up the price $310 for packing materials after he assured me it would be no more than $250. Awesome, come Christmas I can go through boxes to look for all the parts of my tree. My guess is the only postive reviews on this page were written by them. Best advice I can give is call someone else, because this is the company they warn you about with the hidden fees and price changes.
