Wish I had gone somewhere else!.. taxes done 01/2012

Went to them to get my taxes done. Very unprofessional and unorganized. Only stayed because a friend of the family had recommended them. No privacy, everyone there can hear all your personal information. Went to file on a Friday, and the lady Alicia did not actually electronically file my taxes until a week and half later! There's already a delay in getting taxes returned within 21 days and she made it worse. Then she asked for my account number, but only to have my tax refund direct deposited into her account and then cut me a cashiers check. The problem with all this is communication! I tried calling various times, no answer, or wouldn't give you the time of day to answer your concerns about why it was all taking so long or what was going on. She never explained her process and that my refund would come in a form of a cashiers check from them, not direct deposited. They are horrible and never know anything except how to charge 180.00 to file the simple 1040 tax form! Insane, for that I should have gone to H&R Block and had my refund on time without any errors on their end! I don't recommend them at all!
