Crooks, Avoid at all costs

I would give them less than 1 star if it were possible. They were hired to move our belongings from New Jersey to Florida. First, they significantly underestimated the amount of things we had. They never came to the house to do an inventory but just relied
on our description of what we had and the size of our house. When I asked about it they said that they knew how to estimate and it would be fine. It turns out that the truck they brought was too small for the amount of things we had. After a certain number
of boxes they just stopped inventorying them because they said it was too much trouble. That should have been our first indication of trouble. We got to our new house and the day that they were supposed to deliver our goods they claimed that their truck had
broken down and it would take a while. This is apparently their excuse for a lot of moves, because there are similar stories posted on the BBB website. So, two weeks later a truck finally arrives and it is missing most of our things. They claimed that it was
on another truck and would be delivered in a couple of days. A couple of weeks later and a little more of our stuff came, but we are still missing a significant amount of furniture and other valuables. Now they won't even answer our calls. Our attorney is
the next person they are going to hear from. Stay away at all costs.
