WOW this Richard Rupp guy is a piece of work!!! HE washired to do our laminate floors and crown molding in our living room and one bedroom. First off it took him 3 trips to our hous to get the measurements right! The 1st day of the job his two workers show up and do a kick butt job on the floor but when it came time to do the crown moulding Richard failed to have the tools they needed to do their job. Richard knew the moulding they would be putting up cause he picked yet failed tohave the tools they need and never showed up to the job. The left cause they couldnt continue their job. Richard promised and wrote it in our quote that he would remove and haul awway our old carpet and trash. He ignored my calls and didnt come for it as promised. The secondf day is where all of this gets worse! The guys come and do their job but ricky sent them with the SAME crappy saw for the mouldings and when that guys ran out of nails and caulking we called him and he told ME to go buy this stuff and cursed me out like I was at fault. HE continued to yell at me and insult me when that was never part of the deal but I went to get the stuff cause I needed the job done. His workers are fine its HIM that throws the monkey wrench in the whole deal. Like I mentioned he was goign to do crown molding in 1 bedroom but since his measurements were off the guys did not have anough moulding for the room so they didnt do it which is why we did NOT pay for 75 of the final bill cause he did not do the work he was suppose to finish. He is now angry and texting me these threatening texts and making this out to be our fault. HE promises all sorts of things and you only get 1/3 of what he promises DO NOT deal with this guy he is BAD NEWS.
