I bought a brand new unit 2.5 years ago and nothing but problems. Customer service is non existent! The unit shuts it self off for 8 hours and a time and then comes on again. I had to have 2lbs of freon put in a month ago and they could not find a leak? Well, the unit is not blowing cold air again. What, more freon?? Go to another company and do not use this one... I could not remove all stars so forced to flag one which is one too many!
