These guys give new meaning to customer service. Not only was it easy to setup a repair call with them, they also called me on the day of the service to let me know what time they would be arriving. The repair technician was courteous and took time to explain what I was doing wrong. (There was a delay with my thermostat kicking in to start the AC unit). He explained that I had done nothing wrong, it just takes a few minutes from the time i switch my thermostat on for the A/c to start.
About a week after the call, I got a followup call from them asking if everything was working ok? Now, I don't know if they provide this level of service for everyone, but for me, it sure was refreshing!
