They will tell you that you are approved. You don’t have to make payments while they are processing. But you will have to send them a processing fee each month. They don’t take checks or credit cards. And also they will handle everything. And please don’t talk to loan company. Had my paperwork and payments to them for more than 2 months and house was foreclosed on. They had the nerve to send email next week wanting more information for the final step of modification. Please beware is all I have to say.
