Wouldn't go back. If you want good service, find another chiropractor.

Sure, they can crack your back for you, but that's about it.

1. Staff. They're nice, but not efficient. The whole office seems totally disorganized. Nobody really knows what's going on, and more than once my appointments were either not recorded or confused.

2. The chiropractor. He can crack your back alright, but that's all he does. When you have specific requests or complaints, he just stares at you vacantly. Also, he doesn't practice preventative care. My old chiropractor wanted to be sure that the core muscles in the abdomen were strong, to help the lower back gain strength, too. They don't bother with that here, and you feel like it's because they just want your money.

3. Other clients. On my first visit, I was insulted by one of the other patients sitting next to me. I'm not accustomed to random strangers being nasty because I like to read magazines. Every time I went in there, the waiting room was filled with people who appear and act low income. The parking lot is the same way. Even though I live in a low income neighborhood, I still don't encounter that kind of behavior. It's pretty obvious that they cater to government subsidized health care. What's more, since the chiropractor doesn't bother with prevention, it's like they WANT you to stay on, probably so they can get more money from the government.

4. I'm not better. Since communication is horrible, I don't really know why my "treatment" ended. To this day I can't cross my legs and I often wake up with a sore back. Sadly, since "treatment" is supposedly complete and I'm supposedly better, insurance doesn't cover my return. Frankly, that's fine by me, since I wouldn't go back anyway.

You'd expect professionals to make sure you were actually better, not mooch off your insurance money until it was drained.

Summary: Everything's unorganized. The chiropractor doesn't listen to specifics, encourage prevention, or even acknowledge that he heard you. It's uncomfortable to be with the other clients in the waiting room. Lack of communication means you never know what's going on. Still not better, but discharged from care because "treatment" was apparently over.
