Ordered several thousand mugs for a company event. Switched product on us after accepting payment in full. New product was defective, including safety issues (inner liner would slip out of mug when tipped to drink), so had to recall all the mugs. Edwin, the owner, kept replacing the defective product with more defective product, but refused a full refund. Eventually, five months later, had to purchase from another vendor, while Allstar still refused us the refund. We purchase $1000's of dollars worth of employee merchandise a year, so Allstar's loss, as we will NEVER purchase anything from them again!
