I was at wits end trying to climb out of debt and was fed up with making only minimal payments, while accruing interest and late fees. I spoke to Maria Arencibia, a Loan Matching Specialist for AmOne, who immediately put me at ease. After giving her a brief summary of my situation, Ms. Arencibia came up with what she thought would be a better option for me: debt consolidation. Within 45 minutes, I was referred to a Company and was set up with a repayment plan and will be, God willling, debt free in 24 months or less. What impressed me most with the service I received was that I was mortified to find myself crippled with debt and part of my reluctance to act sooner was that some of the debt collectors I have had contact with made me feel even worse. I did not want to subject myself to further humilation and was paralyzed for a while, fearful that if I spoke to a professional for guidance, I would experience the same. I am so glad that I plucked up the courage to contact AmOne; I feel a sense a relief I have not felt in a long time. I no longer feel like a pariah and I am so grateful to Ms. Arencibia.
