This Company has a different department for everything from payments to modifications and insurance loss and tax and insurance on the property you have a mortgage on with them. If you try to call customer service for help with any problem you are put on indefinite hold and then asked to repeat information over and over regarding name, street address and social. I have been trying fro over a year to have my loan modified in accordance with the Fed. Gov. guidelines and every time I call I get a different answer as to where the progress is, they consistently loose information and ask that it be refaxed, so if you are thinking of using them for a loan, don't you will regret it forever.............WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN AMERICA!!!! AND MOST OF THEIR CALLS ARE HANDLED BY AN OUTSOURCE COMPANY IN INDIA.
