I had a few replacement windows done with American Vision Windows through the Orange County store about a year ago and can't say enough about how impressed I am with everything about this company. When I called and had a few questions regarding my order, even a small service issue, their customer service was on top of everything...from the first appointment to installation and everything else in between my experience was fantastic!! I have recommended them to friends and family & will continue to do so. It's had to find a business that still runs off good old fashion customer care, person to person service with employees that clearly love what they do and where they go to work everyday or you would hear it in their voice even on the phone, not the case with them. Everyone was so great to work with. They have a repeat customer in me when I'm ready for the rest of my project.
