Hope is in the middle of the name of Amerihope Alliance and no one better than my family knows exactly what that means. Let me back up I have constantly been working on a modification process for almost 5 years without my voice been heard they gave me that voice and along with that hope.I was very hesitant to even speak with another law group cause in 9/14 I signed on with SLG paid them 4500.March of 2015 they told me the underwriters had everything they needed and everything was good I never heard from them again and upon trying to contact them they have never returned my calls nothing like being kicked when you are done and stolen from too then you get a foreclosure served I had no words no hope and less money. AT the time this happens you start having people contact you a lot of people there was this one voice that left several messages that just seemed to have a sincere honesty to it so I called that voice and made my first contact with Amerihope Alliance through Mark Avery and he full of information and time to answer questions smoothed my ruffled nerves gave me a few days to assess everything and I called back. I started the process then I got an early morning call from Greg Nordt Esquire owner of the group in he is law group welcoming me warmly we spoke in general as to build a bond he took the time and this is the man who has put this wonderful group of men and women with hearts tenacity kindness professionalism and with the respect to the person they are working with he takes the time to know people.AT the beginning while I was having to gather my info for the firm to send them I was told I would be assigned a person that would be my go to person well during that time a motion was filed and it had a wrong date on it well not only was it corrected but the person Angela contacted me to tell me what happened that's with the honesty they roll with. Then finally the day I was waiting for my hope and it fell into the voice of one Mr.Andy Gutierrez my angel he is something most of all on top of everything he doesn't leave me hanging wonder if Ill get a call he calls with answers he gives you the support you deserves any email any call he answers in every timely manner he has ran into some of the stalling tactics from my lender that I have through the years and he acknowledge he now understood what I had been experiencing to have validity gives you hope and I knew then I was exactly with the type professionals that are in this with your best interests at heart I could not have a more tenacious professional person firm on what the stakes are he sticks to task he is my voice and my hope.
