I feel it is very important to say this about Rosie Delgado who was wonderful to me throughout this process. Her support and knowledge, and her calm demeanor were vital for me to keep my own anxiety about the whole situation to a minimum. Amerihope Alliance is indeed lucky to have an employee of Rosie's caliber working there. I can only imagine how stressful the job can be for her, knowing what my personal stress was. So it's kudos to Rosie Delgado--I will always remain a fan of hers!
