Thank you Thank you Carolyn for being so patient with me. After years and I mean years of frustration with the whole mortgage crash ordeal, muliple shady lawyer deals, and my home being under water, Carolyn introduced herself to me. She did not badger me during our phone conversations but rather gave me information about the process my home was going through. She always did her homework before calling me by checking to see when or if my home had been listed for foreclosure.
When I was ready, emotionally and mentally, to handle the process of turning everything over to Amerihope, I contacted her.
Very efficiently Carolyn explained the process so I would understand it, she got me the necessary paperwork and then passed me on to Customer Service.
