I cannot say enough GREAT things of Ruth Gross. I had been back and forth with Bank of America for almost 4 years, getting completely frustrated and sick with all their BS. She did everything I had hoped for in working with them and took the frustration off of me. I am totally satisfied with the work Ruth did for me to get my modification.
