Thank you for all your hard work. After about 3 years of not making a house payment, a house fire, lender placed insurance, and 6 attempts at modification with Wells Fargo and foreclosure, Ruth not only got Wells Fargo to modify my loan on her first attempt, but later also got Chase to modify my second mortgage. I am now stress free. My former sub-prime mortgage has a fixed rate I can afford.
Remember, NO Bank wants to cut you a deal. The law forces them to. So if you see a sub-standard review, remember that not everyone can qualify. I would be afraid if 100% of the reviews were positive. But if you provide Ruth with what she asks and communicate with her when she requires it, I can assure you she will fight to make a modification happen.
