Special Thank You to Debbie Volpe, Rosie Delgado & Carlos Gonzalez

My husband fell ill causing a severe financial hardship. I was in the midst of completing a modification with my lender on my own, everything was fine but then suddenly I received a notice of intent to foreclose. Of course going into a panic, I called my lender who advised I was not in foreclosure, this was just a standard automated mailing generated to borrowers who are late on their payments. It felt wrong, why would there be an automated mailing if I was currently in the modification process? I lost complete trust in my lender and decided that regardless of how much the lender rep was trying to assure me that my modification was moving along, I felt it would be in my best interest not to take any chances and make sure I had legal representation. I put my information on a website for help and received dozens of calls. When Debbie Volpe from Amerihope called, it was a different tone. Debbie was calm, explained what was going on and the process of completing our modification transaction. Whereas, the other calls were extremely aggressive, calling numerous times a day, even emailing me a guarantee. That being said, I signed on with Amerihope through Debbie Volve, from there I was assigned with Carlos Gonzalez and Rosie Delgado. I completed correspondences to include conversations and uploading documents through their website which made be at rest knowing my transaction was moving along with confidence as stated.
