I am so very pleased we chose to go with Amerihope Alliance Services to provide my husband and I great relief and incredible support with a botched-up loan modification. We had a terrible experience in the past, and I was very pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and prompt, diligent support I received from Ruth Gross from the beginning of this process to the very end. She helped make this ordeal progress with ease and always gave me peace of mind when I spoke to her on the phone, or as we communicated through emails. Her immediate attention to correspondences I received or questions that arose was impeccable. She was always very kind, patient, and understanding with her words in response to any and all of our questions, considering this process left me a worried wreck with many sleepless nights.
