Its' inevitable, life has the ability to throw you a curb ball when you're not ready. With that, my wife and I hesitantly reached out to Amerihope Alliance with an issue we were having with our Home Owners Association. We heard these situations are often nerve racking. Upon talking with the staff at Amerihope, we never felt like we were going down a rabbit hole hiring a firm that's so far away from where we live.
To our surprise, we were treated with respect and always kept in the loop of our proceedings. Meloney McLeod, the para-legal handling our case was AWESOME!! Always Prompt, Honest and didn't attempt to give us any run around. And even though we couldn't see her face, her warm smile could be felt through each phone conversation.
Thank you so much Amerihope, and a special thanks to Meloney McLeod. The last thing someone needs, in a time of need, is additional stress and Meloney put our stress levels to ease with her commitment to service.
