I have been dealing with Androtics Direct for almost 2 years and have never had any sort of problem with the company. They have the best customer service I have ever seen, ship out orders lightening fast and always throw in free products with every order. It's like Christmas time when packages arrive!
The individual that wrote the initial complaint bears a grudge for no reason whatsoever. In less time than it took him to write his complaint he could have introduced himself in the Androtics Direct forum and received a $25.00 gift certificate just for doing so. That gift certificate would have completely covered the cost for 2 bottles of the product he wanted to order and all he would have had to pay was the shipping charge.
It looks like the person that wrote the initial review is that one in a million and will go though life bitching and griping about any and every thing and trying to make everyone he comes in contact with as miserable as he is.
