This company tries it's very hardest to make customers happy. I was unsure if their products would work, and they gave me a gift certificate to try a few out.
Their community has been helpful and supportive, and their customer service has been top notch. I often receive freebies with my orders.
The one time I had a problem with an order, they fixed it right away without a hassle. Being a small business, a few hangups should be expected, but I am always amazed at how hard they work to try and fix everything and make people happy.
