Androtics Direct (also known as Smartmones) is more of a family than a company too me. They've helped me progress as a human being, with their pheromones AND their loving community.
I've purchased over $800 worth of pheromones from AD alone, and I can honestly say I feel that was money well spent. Anyone bad mouthing Androtics is either too shortsighted to see how the pheromones work, or just plain moronic.
Let me explain MY first order, to show what kind of business this is.
I found the website, and browsed around for a few hours, immediately thinking "Oh gee, another scam site", but something kept me browsing. I eventually found my way into the forum and was amazed to see that there were thousands of actual people, members of this forum commenting on their own experiences and journeys with AD. I was GIVEN a $25 gift card (as are ALL customers that register) and I spent that on my first order. Some Turn up the Heat, and Instant Openness. I received my product the next day, and it even had a personal handwritten note, and a FREE bottle of Instant Honesty. I've been a customer ever since.
If that isn't good customer service, it doesn't exist.
