I have been doing business with Androtics Direct for a little over three years now. I discovered them while researching something related to their core product line, which is pheromones. They are actually a research company, but they also have an online store and forum, which they use to conduct some of their cutting-edge research.
AD is a class act. The founder, Michael Harris, is a brilliant man who has an amazing mind and I can say I have never met such a principled business owner before - I, being a business owner myself, consider him and his way of doing things an excellent role model. The man is not just extremely knowledgeable about his subject, but he is honest, compassionate, caring and considerate. Yes, I have had personal communication with him many times, and I have always found him to be polite and wonderful to deal with.
The company is based on his decisions, and his decisions are very strict when it comes to quality - both in the products they sell, and the customer service. Their customer service is literally second to none, and is a constant inspiration to me in terms of my own dealings with customers. They go out of their way and bend over backwards to please their customers, and are famous for including free product with nearly every order, handwritten notes from the staff, and even chocolates at one point.
The product is 100% research grade pure maximum quality synthesized human pheromones. Mr. Harris refuses to buy pheromones that are not absolutely the best possible, and the result is that in comparing the Androtics pheromones to those of other companies, there is a subtle, but important difference. The purity of Androtics pheromones makes them not only more effective and more potent, but "cleaner" and more mellow in how they feel, too. While other pheromone companies do exist who make genuine, useful quality products, there is a definite difference. It's generally like comparing a $5 bottle of Vodka to the special reserve that you only know exists if you're a VIP.
I have been a member of the community that has built up around AD for years now, and I am living proof of what makes the company work: we are not a company and a bunch of customers. We are a community, and we help eachother whenever and however we can. I count all the staff of AD as personal friends, and while many other forum and community members may not have as much in the way of dealings with the staff as I do (since I am doing research of my own into pheromones), there is a very strong sense of friendship and community between us all.
I personally try to help out people by answering questions and making suggestions, and my research is also benefitting the company's research. Why would I do this without getting paid for it when I am a busy business owner? Because this company is genuinely worth working with, helping and advancing. In this day and age, a company like AD is about as rare as a flawless five carat red natural diamond, and I like knowing that I am helping them and helping others through them.
There are a lot of us in the community who have voluntarily taken on this role of helping others. We all do this because we like the service we get, and we like the way we feel being a part of the community.
Androtics Direct also has a number of benefits and rewards and incentives for their customers. From a 200% money back guarantee to a very forgiving return policy to their generosity in doing what it takes to please the customer (sometimes at a lot of expense to them!) to the willingness to spend time talking to and assisting customers not just on the forum, but on the phone, and the rewards points you get when you make a purchase (which makes me wonder how they make any profit from this business), there's just so much that AD does right. I am certain I am forgetting something.
Suffice it to say that Androtics isn't a company. They're a collaboration of people working to make the world a better place through their research, generosity and kindness. Seems bizzare to be saying that about a business, especially in this day and age - but it's true.
I have only heard of one person ever having a problem with them. From what I saw of the whole situation, it was a case of closed-mindedness and unwillingness to be reasonable on the part of the customer. Androtics has literally tens of thousands of customers, worldwide, though, so having only one like that is doing pretty good!
I have had fantastic experiences with not only the staff, but the community and the products. I can't say enough good things about them. Truly, a one in a million company.
