Angara Ring
I purchased a 3 stone tanzanite ring from Angara and was sure to read all the reviews prior to purchase. I did see a few negative experiences, but speaking with Barbara the sales person, was assured they offered the best quality ring and setting. I was very excited to purchase it and when it came and opened it looked as wonderful as the picture. However, after putting the ring on I noticed that the settings kept getting snagged on my clothing and noticed when I put a magnifying glass up to it that some of the prongs were broken and jagged.
I called Barbara and although wonderful with the sale, she now made it sound like I was complaining about a minor prong snag, however, both sides of the 3 stones had jagged edges and it scratched my skin when it moved and it snagged on to everything. Barbara finally agreed to have me send it back, however, after reading horrible return reviews, I decided to keep the ring and take it to a jeweler and have the ring repaired local. They stated the setting was very cheap and several prongs were cracked and missing.
I would have to say, I would not buy another ring from the company.
